Nothing fulfills me more than the authentic exchange of energy and spirit with everyone I encounter.  

 

Since my gratifying high school years at Ruth Asawa San Francisco School of the Arts, solidified through rigorous training at The Juilliard School, I have always identified as a serious actor. I am blessed to have enjoyed so many sustained years working in that noble profession.  Then, much to my astonishment, a spiritual walkabout became a necessity.

During my sojourn, I accepted the need to bring to life a story that had long been gnawing at the very core of my soul which I had always dismissed as a fanciful notion. Answering the call, I discovered an inexplicably deep love of writing. Imagine my grand delight to uncover I had only taken up acting out of sheer necessity. There simply weren’t enough siblings and friends to enroll

(or bribe) to play the parts in the plays I wrote, directed, costumed, designed, and produced.

I humbly embrace I have always been a storyteller, fascinated by the personal narratives of people who stand tall in their truth and on their story, allowing themselves to be seen, known, and heard, transmuting life's challenges to express the fullness of their creative radiance and brilliant being. I affirm a deep commitment to exploring, expressing, and honoring the many faceted truths about the human condition through my personal lense.

Returned from the most emancipating "detour" ever, I embrace life as a glorious adventure of unbounded beneficence and endless opportunity.
